Concerned about the unsafe usage of essential oil information that was set out for patients to take. Receptionist listened to my concerns and put the information away as it promoted unsafe, wrong practices. Love, love, love my hygienist!

Wonderful staff! The front desk staff was very friendly! The dental assistant was very patient and explained the procedure to me in plain language. Then then dentist himself took the time to point out to me on the x-rays what he saw. That was great for me because I always felt that the dentist in the past were just making things up but now I know what it is they see and look for. Super accommodating as well and very gentle with my daughter who has sensitive teeth and gums.

I have always had a fear of the dentist because of the dentist I suffered as a child. Dr. Johnson is the FIRST dentist I have never worried about seeing! The entire staff is wonderful!
The staff is great, very caring and patient. Dr. Johnson did a thorough exam and was carefultoexplaineverything. The hygienist took her time to do a very thorough cleaning.
Optima's staff is always more than courteous and very efficient, so I felt that my time to come in was respected nicely and it fits into a busy day without waiting time. Seems like the mark of a great staff who keep things running on time. They're also cheerful which to me indicates they like their position and its likely reflected in quality work behind the scenes as well. A definite 5!

I have never received such professional care and service anyware for all my dental needs .Everyone in the office is so kind and considerate, and friendly and knowledgeable in all that they do. I love the office and staff! The front office ladies Chrissy and Teresa are so welcoming with smiles and great conversation. The assistant Joannie is so nice and gentle I had had oral surgery a couple days before my visit and Joannie made sure that the Xrays did not hurt at all!!! Dr. Johnson is so nice and personable and made me feel very welcomed. Thank you Optima Dental Care for taking such great care of me.

I always have a great experience when I go to Optima dental care. Andrea always cleans my teeth with care and there is no pain. I am never scared or worried to go. Dr. Johnson is very kind and always makes sure I am happy with the care I received before I leave. As long as I have teeth I will go to Optima dental for all of my needs. I honestly worry more about getting my haircut than visiting the dentist now that I go there!

Excellent Team! Don't hurt you! Makes sure your comfortable! Accepts care credit if you need it. Special care is taken with each patient. Photos so you and staff can see before and after results. Sometimes smoothies after your visit. What more can I say from someone who has had problems with dentists before going here, to a Happy Face everytime and big Smile! Oh and if you like nitrous oxide they are happy to accommodate. Headphones for music while being worked on, or blanket and glasses, Haha, I get the works. It's just a pleasant place to be. I'm a customer not a staff member and I enjoy it here. I hope this helps in your decision.

Great service! Had a tooth cleaning and 3 temp crowns put in all in one day. Dr. Johnson listens to you, asks you how you feel takes good care of you. His staff is also wonderful. Dr. Johnson took the time to call in the evening on his own time to see how I was doing after my appointment at home.What doctors does that anymore! I was given a blanket to keep warm and nice stero head phones with music to listen to while I was being worked on. I was wrapped up like a burrito. Snug as a bug in a rug! Even though I didn't have nitrous oxygen it didn't hurt. So if your afraid or it's been a long time since you were in or if your other doctors have hurt you, you need to see dr. Johnson. They take good care of you at Optima dental, I forgot to mention, sometimes they give you a smoothie after your appointment. I felt well taken care of. You should try them on your next appointment.

I travel from California to have my dental work done by Dr Johnson. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I would give this office a 20. No negatives at all

I have lived in Kootenai County for 18 years now and have had experiences over the years with a few different dental practices from Hayden to Spokane. On a recommendation from a Northwest Speciality Hospital staff, I gave Dr. Scott's office a shot instead of continuing to seek services in Washington State as a resident of Idaho. The professionalism and genuine inclusive approach to providing their services to me were a first in my 18 years as a citizen of the community. The most impressive part of the experience was the whole health and wellness approach to my treatment and plan. And the staff's attentiveness and forthcoming address to all my questions. I must admit from poor past dentist experiences I had many questions and fears. A lot of businesses tout treating their clients like family. But Dr. Scott's office experience was my first experience in our community that really made me feel like family. I will be recommending Optima Dental to all our clients at TOC.

How many people can say they look forward to having their teeth cleaned? Dr. Johson has such an outstanding staff of friendly, caring and skilled dental professionals. I have a history of anxiety going to have my teeth cleaned, but never have had anxiety problems here. I leave with a sparkling mouth and usually have been educated about different aspects about my aging teeth and gums, which l appreciate.

Had a crown replaced after the initial procedure (2 visits), and experienced no pain. Some discomfort after the initial procedure to remove the old crown and prep for the new but minor and lasted less than 24 hours. No pain whatsoever after installing the new crown. We also decided a regular crown was sufficient instead of the more expensive gold, which had been removed. (yes, I saved it). Dr. Johnson performed the procedures.
Staff is ALWAYS very friendly, caring, and attentive. They’re always concerned about your comfort. Will never go anywhere else. Ive been a patient here for nearly 20 years now. I now look forward to my dentist appointments!!!
